IIH Services in New Jersey
IIH services support youth under 21 with developmental disabilities through in-home care by licensed clinicians, addressing behavioral and emotional challenges to promote stability and prevent higher-level interventions.
Care Partners Services
Care Partners services support at-risk youth ages 5–21 by working with licensed clinicians to implement treatment goals, addressing behavioral, emotional, and social needs through flexible, in-home interventions.
Mentor
Mentor services support at-risk youth ages 4–21 by offering guidance, inspiration, and encouragement. Mentors serve as positive role models, helping youth reach their fullest potential through collaboration with families.
Needs Assessment
The Biopsychosocial Needs Assessment (BPS NA) evaluates at-risk youth’s mental health needs for treatment planning. Conducted by licensed clinicians, it informs service initiation and matches families with specialized, evidence-based care.
Stability and Support
Intensive In-Community services provide licensed clinician support for at-risk youth (ages 5–21) and families, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges with personalized treatment plans to promote stability and prevent higher-level care.

Nelson Stryker
Founder and CEO
Nelson is a serial entrepreneur and certified mental health professional.
From his experience in tech, business services and a decade of service to Youth and families, Nelson achieved managing partner in a successful private mental health practice in 2024.
A year later Nelson achieved sole ownership of his own mental health practice with a singular focus of becoming the #1 agency in New Jersey.
As a result of Nelson’s success as a business owner, it paved the way and time to explore his passion for basketball. Nelson bootstrapped the original Pickup Basketball App, "Ballertag" as a way for Youth to find open courts as an outlet away from street and gang life to help Youth build positive peer groups.
Ballertag's mission has since grown to provide more than just access to open courts but to also give non-professional players a path to generate income.
With ai becoming a strong force in the American marketplace, Nelson is working closely with ai engineers to pioneer helpful resources to fellow providers, children and families to help get the most out of social services. Behavioral Assistant (BA)
A1 Care Partners LLC is a professional training and career development company dedicated to preparing high-performing Behavioral Assistants in New Jersey to service children and families in need.
A1 Care Partners is looking for Full Time or Part-Time Behavioral Assistants to join a thriving community of professionals who provide in home clinical services as well as remote services via Telehealth digital. This position can be both for experienced mental health professionals or entry level.
This role works closely with "In Home Therapists" who prepare behavioral plans to assist families who have Youth that have mental or behavioral health challenges.
Flexible Pay Scales From 3-Day, Weekly or Bi-Weekly

Job Requirements:
Bachelors (BA)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Pay Rate: $30-$50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Therapist (IIC)
A1 Care Partners is looking for Full Time or Part-Time Licensed Social Workers (LSW) / Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC)/Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LSW or MFT to join a modern and multicultural practice who provides in-home clinical services as well as virtual services via Telehealth. Clinical supervision is flexible and will be provided by a certified clinical supervisor.
3 Day Expedited Pay Schedule + Flex Hours
No experience is ok, DD training is available
Top income is guaranteed with growth opportunities
DD experience is a major plus (high functioning Youth is common)
Job Requirements:
Must have minimum licensure to practice in the State of NJ as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and/or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Must have the ability to be an effective team player as part of a child family team as well as an organizational team player
Pay: Up to $100 per hour
* IIH and or IIC working with DD Youth (90K-140K per year)

The Wraparound Approach brings together a team of professionals, family members, and community partners to create a personalized care plan that helps the child succeed at home, in school, and in the community.
Do I need insurance to access A1 Care Partners services?
No, A1 Care Partners services are provided at no cost to families, regardless of insurance status. Our goal is to ensure every child gets the support they need without financial barriers.
